What a great Memorial Day we had in Henniker, New Hampshire. We ate our Chicken BBQ dinner while listening to the Newmont Military Band. Beautiful weather and great surrounding in one of New Hampshire's small towns. It doesn't get any better than this.

Later Halley and I went to Clough State Park for a walk.

Wow, looks beautiful. Glad you were able to enjoy an outing with the T.
48 degrees and drizzle at times, so the speedster stayed in the garage. Rode with Mike in his Tudor, and Duane took his Coupe to the parade. Then went out for ice cream. Later rode home in modern iron with heater on full and heated seats turned on. 81 is the forecast for thursday. Welcome to Wisconsin.
Thanks Rob & Dave, It sure was a beautiful day here in New Hampshire. Earlier the wife and I went "modern" to the Memorial Day Celebration in Henniker, NH.

It was about 90 degrees and 90% humidity here in Georgetown, TX yesterday. Put about 25 miles on the '12. Nice day for driving a T, just like every day!
Been driving all weekend, nice weather here in Tn. course since I've retired, I drive the T most every day. KB
Got a lot of good work done on the T! Eventually she won't give me any more trouble.
Fixed a head leak that was enough to be obnoxious. Got the hogshead off and cleaned up and also cleaned all the old gasket off the pan. Just working on tweaking the cams to accept some o-rings for the pedals shafts and I should be ready to re-install the hogshead. Hopefully with a nice new seal all the way around plug the pedal seals she'll be mostly leak free.
Welded and strengthened my improvised horn bracket that I managed to break on the local HCCA tour. I wasn't too worried about it but the wife was TICKED that she couldn't toot the electric ahooga anymore.
Also took apart, cleaned, painted, and reassembled my (new to me) aluminum Warford transmission. Hopefully will have it on the car in about 2 weeks - should be able to order the shortened drive shaft and torque tube from Texas T parts this weekend. Before the parts arrive I'll get the old shaft and tube out and get the transmission mounted and then build my crossmember support for it.
The new transmission plus the Zenith carb should equal some serious speed.
That's a great looking Canopy Express and beautiful country. Looks like a great weekend.
I upholstered the seats for my coupe this weekend.

We drove in our local Memorial Day parade. Had a great time and maybe got a few more kids interested in Ts. Local boy scout troop inspecting the car
Thanks to everyone for sharing your holiday experience with me. Royce our weather was perfect, sunny with temps in low seventies, never saw any red in my motometer while driving all day. Back in the eighties I owned my own truck and was working for Bekins Van Lines and one of our drop sites was located in Seguin, I always enjoyed driving through the Lone State State. Keith great looking T, do you live near the Natchez Trace Parkway and can you drive your T down it? Thanks Richard, my daughter Cyndy give me a model of an old dog catchers T and that's what I want to turn my T in to. Ron you sure have a great Town Car, easy to see why all the kids are gathered around.
