I have additional information on the '13 Runabout rear window (Light). The accepted size is close, but not that accurate. This information is from the original print, and I don't believe it is the same for any other model, including the touring for the same year.
Length 16 1/4", L&R sides 7", Top radius 22 3/4" or 8 1/2" up from the bottom of the window, which is 10 3/4 from the bottom of the curtain.

Thanks for the research efforts!
Added the detail to my tech files on tops.
with credit to you for course
Larry,
Hopefully while you still have the information available -- can you provide the information from the lower right hand side of the print where they put the date, factory number etc.
You already know that the change cards may have reflected a change to the dimensions -- i.e. if it changed from 8 1/2 to 8 inches they may not have made a new drawing -- although they may have annotated it on the drawing? Did you have a chance to look at the change cards for the same factory number part -- i.e. 1913 Roadster top?
Any additional documentation to make it easier to find the original again would be greatly appreciated.
Respectfully submitted,

Just returned from the garage with the print. The part number is T 4902, and the latest revision is 3-28-13. I don't have any additional information. What puzzles me is they don't have the touring information. Stephanie said there is little top and side curtain information prior to 1915. How this survived is beyond me, but I'm sure glad it did. I got the side curtain prints too.
They were slapping those T's together even in 1913. While working with the original rear curtain stays, I noted the RH side was 1/2" off. The far left screw hole for the LH stay is so far down on the tack strip, that the wood bows down. I will correct all that, and am enjoying all the little challenges that arise while working on this top.
I would like to add that the radius for the top of the window is 22 3/4".
