Does anyone know of a good, illustrated coffee table style book about the Model T? My dad loves these kind of books with plenty of pictures and I thought it would make a great Fathers Day gift. Any suggestion?
The legendary Model T Ford by Tom Elliot is a fairly large though inexpensive book full of colour pictures. Should be a great gift if he hasn't got it already.

Don't rely on the facts in it, there are flaws - buy it for the pictures & get Bruce's encyclopedia on CD for the facts
uh, should be "by Tom Collins" , sorry..
Thanks, Roger, it looks likes a great book and I'm sure my dad will love it. I got him a book about the Corvette a few years ago and he really loved it. My dad is 83 and very hard to buy for but he loves to read and loves cars so I think it will be great!
You need a table to go with the book.
Heather says she loves the Model T - but you MUST be joking....
Don't know where you'd find it, (e-bay ?) but Floyd Clymers Henry's Wonderful Model T would be my first choice. Pictures, stories, facts, jokes and accessories.
Gary, If you had a Model K block, you could make a longer table!
That model T block table is not realistic....
There are no oil spots on the carpet!
Magneto must be shot - room looks dark!

Excuse me, but that looks like a Model A block.
Just sayin. . . .
Model A, Model T, Caterpillar diesel, what ever works for you.
