RHD Timer wire positions?

OK, Australia and New Zealand . . need your expert help to know where timing wires go. I know timer is upside down, but do wires still go in LHD positions . . ie 1 on what is now 4, etc???

Yep, wires same position, spark lever has to turn the timer same way so put the connection at 6 o'clock not 12 oclock.
Don't forget levers are opposite timer on right Throttle on left

Thanks Peter. I made a new wiring harness. Hooked up all in usual position. . . . . :@(( no wonder it won" t start. Oh we'll found carb is good, firing still 1-2-4-3 . . guess spark on exhaust not on intake side. Lesson learned.

I just set up the timer on my RHD car. I'm using an Anderson style. I placed it so that the control rod tab is at the bottom. The one change I made was to drill a small oil drain hole behind the control rod tab.

So far the oil seal I put on the cam shaft is working and the timer is the only place I'm NOT getting oil leaking out! Never the less, I want the hole there in case I ever get an oil leak up there... Anderson style timers don't tolerate oil very well.
