where can i get 1926 model tt stake bed plans for bed and stakes .

Unless you can copy some one's bed and stakes, the only place to find plans are the factory drawings from the Benson Ford Research Library.

The Henry Ford http://www.thehenryford.org.
The Price List of Body Parts (reprints avail) has the part numbers listed, you will have provide part number and pay for each drawing. Or visit the center and make copy there.

Kenny, If you are not restoring the truck to show quality; you might look for a factory Ford short wheelbase stake bed used on a later model one ton truck. The stakebeds used on Model AA's, are very similar except they just have Ford in script on the rear crossmember, instead of Ford Truck (in script on TT's). I think one ton Ford stake beds made up through the forties and fifties had the same. Sometime in the sixties (I think) Ford changed the word Ford on the rear crossmember from script to block letters. Otherwise, they look pretty musch the same. If you are restoring the truck to original show condition, your only option is to find an original bed in restorable condition.
