I am looking at a 1914 Model T Runabout that is either unrestored or is a very old restoration. It runs and is mostly complete and correct other than the rear fenders. It definitely needs to be restored. Without looking at it can anyone give me an idea of what would be a reasonable price to pay for a car like this? Thanks
Take a look at this, especially Bob Coiro's comments.

It would be nice if we could edit after posting. This should work.

Sounds like this 1914 Ford on eBay, misidentified as a 1913:

This car was discussed at great length a few weeks ago:

Note that the seller has zero feedback in both listings.
I would sure hate to pay $9500 for that, from what I I can see, let alone what you can't. I've bought several cars off ebay and got burned most of the time, to some exstint. No more
I have bought several cars on ebay and had great experiences ... You just have to ask the seller the right questions ...
I think I could part that out and make money, then it wouldn't matter what year it is, then no one would get burned on it, be one less "non correct" T out there for ppl to pick on
Steve, maybe we should make it like the other forum where you call edit any post you like???!!!
Chris Brancaccio,
NO-O!!!
I am just kidding. Well, a little.
(Thank you for all you do! I know running this site is a pain.)
How is the Couplet?
Nope. No vanishing pictures, either.
