What is the reason for the cover over the hood? Seems that overheating is a problem even when the engine compartment is getting plenty if flow through air to cool the engine. Wouldn't a hood cover only serve to increase the likelihood of overheating? Jim Patrick

Maybe he's a retired sail maker. There's enough canvas on that rig for an America's Cup Racer! Top, side curtains, engine, rear window shade, radiator. Even the spares look covered. I wonder if he did the seats too...
