Last night June 21st Joyce, Ken, Pat and myself had a very pleasant evening of sharing fun, telling tall tails (and some outright lies) meeting and greeting old & new friends at a Antique Auto Show put on by the Granite Ledges of Concord, which offered free admission, plus 2 meal tickets (a BBQ consisting of, Cheeseburgers & Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Brats, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Corn on the Cob, Cole Slaw and Root Beer Floats), Oh Yah, by the way they gave each person showing a vehicle a raffle ticket and drew Gift Certificates of Twenty Five & Fifty Dollars to local restaurants. Then Pat and I stopped at Beach Hill Farm Stand for Ice Creams and before heading home. What a great way to spend a Friday night!

As a past President of Profile Automobile League (info can be found at Hemmings web site) I received this email.

I came across the Profile Automobile League information and wanted to share this information with you! I am the Marketing Director for an Assisted
Living Community in Concord (Granite Ledges of Concord). I will be hosting an antique car show on Friday, June 21st from 4-7 PM and would like to
invite you as well as the others in your club. I have attached a copy of the flyer to this email. In addition to the car show, we will have a BBQ,
the individuals that bring a car get two meal vouchers, one for themselves and a guest.

We have residents that range in age from 72-98, so as you can imagine they have an appreciation for these cars, they also bring back memories for a lot of our residents! It would be fantastic if you were able to participate. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you are interested in
participating. I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you so much for your consideration!
Lindsay

I would like to take this time to Thank Lindsay, Deb, the rest of the staff and residents at Granite Ledges of Concord for a wonderful time and meal!
For all you car enthuses in the Concord area this is a Great Car Show at a wonderful setting. Plenty of comfortable shady (I mean this in a good way) places to sit, meet old & new friends and enjoy the evening. It is a very relaxed atmosphere and I highly recommend everyone attending next year if possible.
