Anyone have any comments on how these run?

Now that's a great carburetor. Got one on my speedster and on the roadster. Super simple, a great performer, reliable and smooth at all speeds and acceleration. Winfield is a famous name for a reason. That carburetor and manifold set up is perfect for a stock T. Also, these early Winfield barrel valve carburetors are aluminum so you don't have to worry about pot metal deterioration. As their old ads say "You'll be the WINner on the FIELD"

They came in sizes 4 (1") and 5, and H (sidedraft) and V. Mine was so well used I had to bush the throttle shaft. Make sure the piccolo tube is clean.

Thanks to Kim Dobbins for giving me the brochure, way back in early '98.
