Don't try this on your new Honda......
Do their arms spin when you drive?
Chuck - Don't try this on your new Ford either!
Hey Harold...don't try it on your Miata either!
You going to the Eatonville parade on the 4th?
Still in Bellingham Bob; mail forwarding stops on the 7th, so after we're sure we've got all our mail (probably about the 10th or 11th) we hope to be heading home!
They must have reinforced the hood. I can't imagine a stock hood supporting that much weight. Must have been at least 230 lbs. Maybe more!
Norm
That's what I was thinking, Norm. To carry the thought one step further, it's kind of a odd pose in any case in my opinion. Why not just stand in front of it or next to it?
Odd or not, thanks for posting it, Herb!
They were demonstrating the strength in the new steel hoods for 1916
One of them is on the radiator and the other is far back enough for the hood former to be taking most of the weight.
I think Val is on to it. Then again, this may be the T that had a giant trout on top of it in other photos?????
actually they think they saw a mouse.
They were tap dancing and wanted to be in the spot light.
Their toes got cold in the snow and they are using the Ford as a foot warmer, proving once again that it is the "Universal Car."
Or, maybe they're from Florida and they've just seen their first snow mouse.
Looks like my car at a car show when I return with a hot dog and a pop.
Looks like a pre-photoshop photo editing job to me. They did cut and paste before computers. Especially the lady on the right, it looks likes some extra light colored border on her feet and her feet don't seem to match the flat area on top of the hood.
