I have been posting Model T accessory's here on the Forum for the last several years and for what it's worth today marked the 500th Model T accessory from our collection I've posted. You can Google search this Forum to see them all or use the search engine to view them.
I do believe this represents the largest showing of Model T accessories on the net.
Jay, Thank you 500 times over. Loved every one of these.
Thanks Jay! When does the book or CD come out?
Those don't count at all, Jay. "If it ain't the way Henry built it, it's not a Model T..."
Thanks again.
Ken, I think this winter I'll gather up all these posts and organize them on a CD. My thought was eventually to hang a web page specifically for Model T accessory's.
Jay:
Thanks for posting the Accessories, I have all three volumes of James L. Kenealy books really enjoy them also
Hey I like your stuff even though I don't know what I'm looking at. Haven't got one right yet.
Charley
It looks as though Dave Huson has hit the 500 mark on Your Image Here pictures!
Norm
It would be neat if you titled them so they could be searched and sorted. That's my frustration with the Kenealy books.
I know that I have said it many times. I always mean it, for myself and for others. And I want to say it again.
Thank you, again, Jay!
Jay - it's been a true joyride. At some point we should move on with accessories from other countries. I have a Danish petrol stick for example made in brass - and I think it's from Ford. No mention of dealer name. A T buddy of mine have an extension of the carburettor adjustment not to the dash board with Danish texts. I'll see him tonight and will bring my camera :-)
If interested of course.
Thanks Jay
Great idea, Michael! I've got a danish accessory "Togaford" carb, posted a couple of(bad) pictures in this long accessory carb thread: http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/50893/70303.html at October 26, 2008 - 08:32 pm.
Here's another thread where I posted ads for Swedish made Model T accessories: http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/179374/233927.html
I have a couple examples of them myself & will probably post pictures some day.. when they're ready to be used.
