Very interesting. People are swimming at a crowded beach, so it must be a hot, summer day—yet every single open car has its top up. Not one single exception (Excellent photo, John).
I was in Cuba recently and at the resort, there were old pictures on the wall showing a street in Havana lined with Model Ts. Every car had the top up and the windshield folded down. I tried driving like that and it is certainly the best way to keep cool on a hot day.

What a great picture! No doubt all the tops are up to keep the hot sun off those black seats! I noticed a couple smart people even draped white sheets over their tops to keep the car even cooler.
I live close to the south shore of Lake Erie, this would be a great promo event for our local amusement park, Cedar Point to put on. And there's no worry about salt air, either!
