I want to Thank, Russ Whitney and John Mangan for hosting such a great T/A tour to Wilson's Farm and the Aviation Museum at the Manchester Airport. John, I apologize for not being able to attend your pool party, I'll bet it was a lot of fun. It was great to see so many members out enjoying touring some great back roads on our way to both locations.

Happy Motoring, Warren

Warren - Great pictures! Looks like it was a fun tour!

So,....about the "loss of power" situation,......you really never did say in your other thread,.....is she running okay now or still pretty weak on the hills???

Harold, still working on it. Saturday drained the tank, cleaned the screen and changed the fuel line. All were clean to begin with and no effect on my problem. Today ordered 4 new spark plugs from Lang's. I have shorted each plug with a screw driver, with no real change in engine sound. If they don't help I'll have to do a compression check and maybe pull the head. Thanks for asking.

Happy motoring, Warren

Thanks for the pictures Warren, and memories. As a child we'd always go to Wilson's for apples (Macoun, my favorite) and a block of sharp Vermont cheddar. In later years on Friday nights, after leaving Howdy Beefburgers on Elm and Valley we'd head to the airport to "park and watch the runway lights".
It was still a military base then, Grenier Field.

Thanks for sharing your memories, Gary. I grow up in Lexington, Mass. so we went to Hanscom Air Base in Bedford.

Happy motoring, Warren
