I believe I've "figured out" the cost of the Ford Runabout scripts. Below is a copy of the invoices, with my notes below:

It looks as if I was charged $100 for the artwork, then $185 for the first script. Then, an additional order of 15 scripts at a volume discount of $135 (I thought I was ordering 15 total to get to the volume discount of $135, but nothing back from the manufacturer on that question yet).

So, the total cost to me is:
$285.00 = 1st script plus artwork
$2025.00 = 15 scripts @ $135 each
$38.75 = Shipping and handling
$2408.75 = Total for scripts (16 total)

Cost per script = $150 plus shipping and insurance.

I have email from several of you, and I'll send this along to everyone I've received email from. If anyone else would like one, email me and I'll send them until I run out. My email is:
rob4holly@hotmal.com

Thanks,

Rob

this is the script I had polished. the others not polished

Shoot Rob, it looks like you paid the artwork fee for whomever they hired just to write the receipts. Each one must have taken 15 minutes to write out. It's gorgeous though. If I owned a business and someone could do that I'd have them hand-write all kinds of stuff.

Seth,
Yes, much better than my handwriting :-).

Anyone wishing one of these, please contact me. I tried to return email to those who contacted me before, but am not sure I have all the email saved.

Thanks,

Rob

Are there any special tools or techniques for polishing brass script so it does not get damaged? How do you guys do it?
