Shouts & Murmurs Suggestions for International Diplomacy by Cora Frazier

don’t know what is a Model T. You tell me it is an old car, but why would I steal an old car? We have many kinds of cars in Russia, including old ones. What use do I, President of Russia, have for such a thing? It is without logic. Tell me: why would I, as you say, ride away in an old car from the Model T Ford Club of America Museum, in Richmond, Indiana? These many witnesses you have, they are American? They are large and slow and eating from bags of chips? If you like—if it is so vital to the relationships between our two countries—I am happy to give, as a gift, no charge, an old Russian car that will be even older and even fuller of history, so you will truly see why I would never want such a thing, and why I would never ride away in it with three agents, in front of a second-grade class from Aberdeen on a field trip.

Russian Humor ???? Heh ??
I think it is American humor. I looked up Cora Frazier on the Internet. She co-wrote a couple Saturday Night Live episodes earlier this year. I was pleased to see the MTFCA Museum recognized in the New Yorker.
