Yes they were.
That's why the postcard says "Equipped." The term was usually "fully equipped" which meant the inclusion of top, windshield, headlamps, carbide generator and speedometer.
The term fully equipped continued to be used even after those items were standard (not optional).
I would imagine that is why it is $950.00.
Ford figured out that dealers were supplying, and thereby profiting from, lamps, tops, and windshields. So these items became "standard" in order to secure these profits for Ford Motor rather than the dealers.
