Third photo non-Ford.
Erik, Good Eye, I missed that one and the edit button doesn't work here after you hit send.
I was trying to figure out what it was.
I'm pretty sure it's a Maxwell.
RHD, 5 lug demountables, interesting cowl. The windshield, hood and radiator shell look Ford to me. Could this be one of the cars from down-under. It does look to me to be very much like some I've seen Australians and New Zealanders post here. Might be a T Ford after all!
Ok, looked again. That steering wheel cannot be a Ford, it is dished backwards!
1916-17 Maxwell Model 25
Terry - Yes,.....and note that there is no planetary reduction gear on the steering column,.....harold
Erik and Howard are correct. It is a Model 25 Maxwell. The gas tank filler tube and cap are sticking out from the dash board. That picture shows some nice striping detail.
I enjoyed seeing it as well as the T's
I'm wondering about the fifth picture, with the boys on the fenders...Would this be considered a late 1916? This looks like what I am piecing together., 16 fenders but a black radiator.. Thanks for any thoughts on this.. Jim Derocher AuGres, MI
