Just wondering if the Long Beach Model T club still gives out these badges when attending events?
I have a few of these badges attached to my dashboard. They range from 1971 - 1982.
The world famous "Long Beach Model T Club Hill Climb" has long been just a memory.
Shell Hill has since been re-graded and a landscaped center median has been constructed so now, backwards "U" turns are impossible.
There are now housing developments to the immediate North adjacent to the road where the empty lots were previously used for staging and parking.
There are other hill climbs that occur in So. Cal. but they will never happen on "The Hill" again.
The only major event that the L.B.M.T.C. holds each year is their annual Parts Exchange (swap meet). That happens in mid-July and it's not even in Long Beach. It's in nearby Los Alamitos.
Sorry for the bad news.
Here's a glimpse into the past for you.

Any Model T events going on in the Long Beach area on August 14th? I will be out visiting my twin brother who lives in Sun City.
Happy motoring, Warren
