Dennis,

Thanks for checking – I’m doing fine – just really busy. It is good to have job, family, old cars, etc. but the last month things have been really busy on several different fronts. Good news – nothing is bad – it is all good stuff, we were able to see the kids and son-in-laws and they are doing well, my job is doing well but some long hours, etc. If I could change anything, it would be to spread it out over a couple of different months instead of having it all happen in July.

By the way, one of these days (hopefully not anytime soon) I’m going to check out on your guys and gals. When that happens, [the last time I checked the mortality rate is hovering right at 100% for all of us], I just want to say thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your lives. I’ve learned and while I’m still here, I’m still learning a lot about the cars, how they were produced (or likely to have been produced), how to repair them, and more importantly meeting more and more great folks in our hobby. Thank you all for your support to our hobby and club and to the next generations of hobbyist.

Caution off topic: And I probably won’t be able to post it when I’m gone, but so far one of the songs I would like shared when I am finally gone is by Brad Paisley called “When I Get Where I am Going.” And yes – there will be some sort of 30 second commercial for something at the beginning – but then the song starts. It is located at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yYHT-TF4KO4 . And remember to “turn off the video at the end or at least hit replay” as sometimes the song that follows doesn’t fit in at all.

I’ve been really blessed and I’m thankful for so many of you guys and gals and your support to me and our hobby over the years! Thank you all and please keep those body letters and body numbers coming [shameless plug – please see: http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/29/40322.html ].

Respectfully submitted,

Hap l9l5 cut off

Well don't be checkin' out any time soon sir, dog-gone-it. There are many fine posters here, but I particularly enjoy your very informative AND anecdote-filled posts.

Hap,
I'd begun to wonder also. Glad all is good with you!
Drive carefully, and enjoy, W2
