It is a reasonable price but I don't think it's useful as a wheel, only as a source of parts. Look at the left side of the third picture, the side with the brake drum up. The rim is rusted (but painted over) to the extent that I doubt it would hold a tire.

There is usefull lugs there.I aint so sure it couldnt be repaired.OF course the actual rim for the tire is GONE and that is the hardest to find peice anyhow.I think that is a Kelsey-Hayes wheel for the 23 inch tire correct?
I have 2 good 1's in the shed with rims and a excuse for tires but never have finished them up.
