No Cadillacs in that photo.
I believe the car on the left is a 1907 Wolseley-Siddeley and the car on the right is a 1908 Wolseley-Siddeley.
Although the cars are different, they have some identically designed components. For example, if you click on the link and look at the high resolution photo, you can see the spindles are designed the same, the cranks are the same, the radiators have similar construction with rivets or screws around the perimeter of the fins, etc.
