Hey, need to know if there is a "front" or "back" to the front axle. I know all about the pitch on the spring pearches and what not and the top should be 3/16ths ish behind the bottom of the axle but what about the axle itself?

No front or back till you put perches in.

No - either way BUT the spindles have to be oriented to have the spindle nuts loosen as the car propels in a forward direction.

The spring perches should be oriented such that the axle tilts top farther back than bottom. The right spindle nut threads are reversed so that as the wheel turns when driving forward will unscrew the nut. The jam nut and cotter pin will hold the bearing. If you get the spindles reversed, you risk tightening the bearings until they lock the wheels from spinning. If the perches are out, put the best side of the axle to the front.
