I wasn't able to reduce the search criteria any further, but maybe if you do an edit/find on each page of the Model T listings on the IMCDb you'll have some luck:

It's easy to find the pictures. Finding them in high resolution won't be easy.

I found some Laurel and Hardy Model T photos in HD, but they have too much information for them to be uploaded on the forum, as the forum will only allow pictures of a certain resolution to save on space.

Click onto www.bing.com and type "Laurel and Hardy Model T. HD" in the search box, then go to the upper left hand corner and click images and you will get all the pictures you desire. If you click onto the picture, it will reappear much enlarged and you can follow it to it's source website by going to the lower right hand corner to "View Source" and click onto the website from whence it came where there may very well be more photos and information.

I wonder if the T is a cut off Touring with a pickup bed or a Runabout with the added bed on it.

Looks to be a 19 or 20 whichever.

Any photos you find on the internet will be low-resolution. I suggest you search ebay in the Movie Memorabilia section. Look for original 8x10 stills from the movies.
