The car in the top row on the right with the girl posing between the headlights isn't a Ford, but I can't tell what it is.

I wish I could see the rest of the runabout with the Rex top (the one with the little kid on the running board).

Look at the lower right part of the picture ( girl between headlights) I believe that is a Ford Front Axle.

Sorry Bob McD, Dan H is right. That is not a Ford axle. Both Ch*** and Overland used axles that have very similar ends, and the spindles are almost interchangeable. Only a minor bushing alteration is needed. The tiny bit of the radiator shell that can be seen, looks like that of an Overland. But I wouldn't bet on it. Ch*** also had one similar.
Thomas M, Good catch! the flags are arranged the same. The small bit of the license plate appears to be the same. The car---, well. Model Ts all look alike.
