I made this test tank a few years ago and am tired of the old Schrader logo I hurriedly put on it. You guys were so good at posting all the neat Champion X ads that I thought someone might be able to find a wonderful tire or tube logo for it. Maybe Firestone or Goodyear and maybe some nice colors. What do you think?

You could use the Fisk Tire Logo.

Was at the Picker's Store (from the TV show) in Nashville last weekend. They have a giant statue (I suppose that's what you'd call it) of the FISK ad. I failed to look for a price tag.

Richard - Your test tank & logo looks very nice just the way it is! I'd just leave as is, but we know you're an artist.... :-)

Or just a tube adv.

As a kid in the 50's I remember every service station had one of these just outside their service bay. I don't remember any logos, they were all plain galvanized steel... some were streaked with rust.

Here's a modified version of one off the web.

Thanks for the responses. I'll see what I can do.
Keith, I'll leave the "Schrader" on the one side and paint a new one on the other side. Then I can turn it around when I get tired of it.
I can't remember paying any attention to these in the 50's. I just made this one up using some fender technology I learned.
Thanks again,
Rich
