I've tried researching this on the web, and of course all roads lead back here, but nobody has shown it apart...sooo, my question is, do they come apart like the later 20's style do (unscrew the top, pull off the chimney, etc.) or not? The font is I think is pretty much the same, with the exception that it's got a different shape, but the burner, wick and leather washer are (I think), the same.

Be careful; be very, very careful. The square beveled glass lenses don't like unsoldering AT ALL
