I'm cleaning house of some of my spare parts. I'm selling off 3 of my spare engines. Engine number 5760860 does turn over but has no head. Id like to get $1500. Engine number 9835336 is froze $800. Engine number 1072598 is just a block. $400.00 my cell phone won't let post photos. I will keep trying to post photos. Email me and I will send photos
I set my cell phone to the smallest res it has and the site still will not allow me to post a photo. Send me an e mail and I will send a photo that way.
Cause I have nothing to do today -
According to The Encyclopedia here are the dates for those motors--
5,760,860 March 13, 1922
9,835,336 May 3, 1924
1,072,598 Feb 1, 1916
will,
Unless those engines are 'fresh as new daisies', you better reconsider the asking prices if you want to sell them in your lifetime. I have three complete spares (not 4 sale)the most I paid for one of them in the past two years was $150.00.
All three are from different sellers. Photos don't help show the hairline cracks that usually show up after tank dipping in 3 out of five 'as is' T blocks.
Not trying to be a wise guy, but unless prices are much different in Jersey than the Midwest those are the facts.

I bought a complete running ready to drop in engine for 1500 bucks in NJ, but I too think his prices are a little skewed.
