Thanks for sharing. Someday maybe? So many shows and tours, so little time.
Chad,
Thank you for taking, editing, and posting the Old Car Festival video. Many of us have not yet had the opportunity to attend. Thank you for sharing a glimpse of why we should put it on our bucket list.
Lots of wonderful cars, train, sights etc. But the one I laughed the most with was the sign at the rear of the fire truck:
Again, thank you for posting the link and the video.
Respectfully submitted,

That fire truck will give rides to anybody that asks. They were pulling out of their parking spot yesterday and some one on the sidewalk hollered at them the the fire was the other direction. Their response was we will get there some time today, we haven't lost a foundation yet!
Thank you Chad B!
Drive carefully, and enjoy, W2
Roger,I have watched that fire engine for years and it's a favorite!! I had never heared about the rides before so next time i'll be sure to ask? WE gave a few rides when we could and other than my carbide lites giving trouble everything was perfect! Seen some old freinds and hopefully made more! Got to see Rob and his friend with their model K's! Sorry i never got to see your TT and i wish we could pull over and talk? I did see a tandem axel AA when we registed but i never got to see it again. We were parked under huge trees and squirrel"s droped nut's and hull's on us all day! We let people in the car for pictures, and did a demo at Wallnut Grove, and one car race.I also did a lot of demo of free starts [when Lizzie saw fit} and easy perfect Mag starts. As a matter of fact i think the car starts better on mag than Batt?? Sorry we missed you and your TT!! Seen Keith with Trent,Jerry Van,Jim Cook, and many well dressed women in the Old Timey dress! My favorite T is as allways Jack Putnam's 14 touring with the Peroid Correct Dayton self commencer!!!! THank's for bringing that T Jack!! THank's also to the Wonderful People at The Henry Ford and voulenteer's who through Much work made it a Wonderful weekend experance!!!! Bud and Diane.
Gotta go! Maybe next year.
I was parked 7 or 8 vehicles away from where that truck parked, and have for the last 4 years. They really have fun with it. The tandem AA didn't drive, and he had just gotten it put back together on Friday I think he said.
Two K's at the show
Some Model T owners also got rides from this guy during the weekend - although those passengers weren't quite as thrilled.
Steve,Your name was mentioned often! Got to see the BIG steam railroad crane run,and in about 1972-3 i got to watch one work when Casey Jones got excited switching cars at the chevy plant i worked at! Speaking of Chevy, i also got to talk to Pinky Randall! Bud.
Bud - Yes, it was a great weekend!
We're in Chad's video at 0:13 to 0:16, the '14 Touring with vintage '14 Wisconsin plates - Black letters on white backround.
Besides all those that Bud mentioned above, we also met had a nice conversation with Trent. Trent said he's considering retirement.....someday!
Thanks to everyone who helped with this event and to Chad for taking and posting this video.
Keith

What would the group be called if three ''K''s were there ?.
I'm guessing snap, crackle and pop
Bob,
We were calling it the K-pack. Bring yours "up" and we'll have a "three pack".
Rob
OH-K !! --If it going to be a PACK and not a CLAN you have got me interested as i have not got any outfits..
Love the firetruck pic! As some were TT's that were stock like mine, very fitting. Fun to drive around, but a bit slow. I tell people who ask about this truck, that back then the idea was to not have to worry about getting the hose out or the truck dirty as the place would've burnt to the ground by the time they got there! But a great parade vehicle.
