Jay do you have any other pics of RAJO Jacks racer. I am acquiring parts to build a bob tail along the same lines as this or Noel Bullocks racer from 1922.

Note it's built offset on the axles since it was raced on tracks with only LH turns

Looking further at Rajo Jack's spring setup.. looks like he didn't have any spring shackles, that would mean something had to give when the axles moved up and down - likely the springs, but also the radius rods and perch bolts in the front - no good idea for a road driven speedster. But there are ways to make it work without putting high strain on the components..
I wonder if Jason has finished his racer?
