Herb...how cool. Being from Ohio just adds to the uniqueness. Wonder why the rod was sent back.My '12 is 90706. Can't quite tell whether that says "Malinta" or "Halinta" Ohio, but I'll check out both. Must be near Toledo I would think, given the info in the letter. BTW...in your profile, where was that pic taken of the steam engine? I suspect that's you in the pic. That same engine roared through my neck of the woods this spring and I posted a pic of my '12 at the crossing with it flying by. I may have asked this before, but can't remember seeing a response, or if you did, just plain forgot. Nothing new there!

Tim that picture was taken near my home at St. Peters Mo. Last year or so I was made aware that the steam train was coming through and took the T for a photo op. The man in the photo is a St. Peters police man who was there to keep people away from the tracks. I had my car closer and was asked to move it. He is closer to the train than it was.

Herb...that figures--about the guy. Seems like there's always people in "the way" of photo ops like these with our cars! (Yeah, I'm selfish). Railroad workers got in the way of my pic, but it was still a good one. That's a super one of yours. And really neat that the engine is traveling all over the U.S. like that. It went from Cleveland to Bellevue and back to Cleveland on Mothers Day out here. Could also see it from behind our house.
Tim
