This car was driven into our shop. This is the second time this year that we have repaired a "driving" car with a crank that was broken plum in two.
Testimony as to how these neat little cars just never die!! what year car was it?
Looks like the counterweight held it together. Remove the rod, weld it up and it would be good to go for another hundred years.
