The 35th Can Am Tour is this weekend.

Who's going?
Mark (Hutch)Hutchinson *of Tip Top Timers Will be there and Mike Stormo both from the Spokane area.
First time and a long time I won't be able to go. Will miss you all!! That tour is always great! Having regrets already.
What, who am I going to race with if you don't show Mike.
Come on Mike it's not too late. Chris and I will be there with the 11 tourabout and our two dogs....
Ken
NO MIKEY!!! he is only kidding, right!!
sorry, no joke, I will miss you all this year. PLEASE take lots of pictures and tell me all about it.
James it's on!!..next year
I hate to use language like this here, but I will be at w**k. The Can-Am is on my list as I hear so many good reports about it. Not this year though. Happy touring one and all.
Up early getting ready to go catch the Black Ball Ferry!
If your not on the Anacortes to Sydney BC ferry your too late today. Should be a fun tour in Duncan BC!! Some of our guests from Boston, left at 0830am for Sydney BC on the WA State ferry Chelan this morning, but we'll be missing the tour as they are headed to Victoria for only a couple of days. Come on Sunshine !! Cheers W
They 2013 CANAM was GREAT! Nice easy pace and route, beautiful weather and great friends from both sides of the border!
Chris and I and the dogs!! had a great time too. Didn't know such nice back roads existed on Vancouver Island. Miles and Tina did a great job.
Here's a few more pics.
They allow Model A's on the Can Am?
Tom
Isn't that a 26-27 T ???????????????.
Bob
Look at them sidemounts. Look at them orange wheels. Look at that paint job. It's a Model A for sure!
Tom, axle looks to be T, look at the spindles. Also the headlight bar and lights looks T to me. Yes the side mount should not be there but what the heck!
Tom's funnin' you guys !!!!
I`m with Tom, That`s a model A for sure!! He`s a closet model A lover! lol!!
I don't get why some T guys are so prejudiced against Model A's. I really, really like Model T's, but,.....I really, really like Model A's too! If ya' like vanilla ice cream, isn't it okay to like chocolate ice cream too? Sheeeesh,.......harold
I have heard they call them a3 legged Model A!!!
I couldn't agree more. I can tell it's a Model A because of the "oval" rear window in the tan colored Sport Roadster top. Plus the chrome radiator shell, bumpers and chrome headlight rims. It looks to be about a '32 or '33 to me. It could have come from Central America due to the Pinata wedged between the spare and hood. That's a dead giveaway. Most Model A Roadsters in that good condition go for really big bucks...probably about $25-30K on a-Bay. I wouldn't kick it out of my parking strip out front. W
That "Pinata" was "makin' bacon" with it's twin in the back of a Hack sometime during the tour. Not sure who has the pictures...
Well John, since you asked.....
Thanks Ken. Renea looked long and hard for her photo efforts but could not find them!
Great photos, Ken ! I have some good ones also.
Are you sure the tan car is a Model A? If it is, somebody went through a lot of trouble to take the front brakes and shocks off.
Mark. that is a Model T that's been dressed up to look like an A. And it sure does!
Ken
Beautiful tourabout in the last pic.
Here's another shot of the Findlay' Tourabout - beautiful Model T !
The tan car is Mike Stormo's Montana 500 car. Steve is right, I was just joking about it being a Model A. That is what the smiley faces denote.
I actually had a hand in assembling this car.
Thanks Steve for the additional pic. Always one of my favorite body styles. Also want to make it clear, that all the cars pictured are beautiful!
This year there were only 28 cars, usually there are about 40 of us.
The 2012 Tour was in Bremerton WA. There were several broken cranks and lots of band changing. This year the trouble truck remained unused. Yea!
All of the cars participating in the Can Am are gorgeous.
