Finally finished disassembling the second unit.
This '26 - '27 frame is free to a good home.
I have written a PM to a forum member near hear, but I haven't heard from him; he does have first refusal if I hear from him by the end of the day on Wednesday the 25th.
After that, the first person to come pick this up gets it. If no one comes to get it by the end of the day on Monday the 30th, I'll have to take it to Martin's in Byhalia.
Someone needs to save this frame! 3000 miles is a bit far for me to drive. (I don't think Jim would really want to bring it out to Califunny for cheap) But I Have used frames worse than that. Even that pan has value to repair another pan. I still have part of a pan that I cut pieces out of to repair two others.
Drive carefully, and enjoy, W2
Looks like, with a bit of work, that front cross member could be straightened.
Come on, Wayne, ROAD TRIP!!
And there's probably snow right now too!

Shucks Wayne, Bill's probably less than 2000 miles from you!
Bill, are you coming back to Knoxville anytime soon, i would take it but Olive Branch is a long way from here.
Rick
hmmm...what else would it take to get it up and running?
That's what two years on this forum has taught me...
We are taking inventory and implementing a major re-organization here at the office. The frame has to go.
Our forum friend from Holly Springs hasn't responded to a PM or to an e-mail or to conventional letter mailed to him; the frame is free to the first come-and-getter.
Please, someone come get this frame this week or it honestly may end up taken to the scrap yard.
I'm in Memphis. I could come get it and store it for someone, but I have no interest for myself. If that would help someone who wants it, email me at peteraphra@bellsouth.net.
