I think the bottom picture is more likely an earlier Model T, perhaps 1910 model year. You can see the one piece spindles / above the wishbone steering tie rod, low radiator neck, and other features that make it pre - 1911 model year.

Note Bowkett's First Law of pre-Great War Photos applies. Windscreens are folded & hats worn. As we all know, over 15mph your hat blows off and you get flies inyour teeth, but in those days 90% of traffic was horsedrawn so you travelled slowly.
