The hood former is about 22 inches wide.

It certainly looks like the seat section (back and sides) were 20's Ford. Also the half oval moldings were reused from a Ford roadster. The rest of it has been grafted to it and a '15 or earlier hood former. I don't recognize the trunk but looks to be factory made something.

That little trunk lid looks sort of sporting or golf club carrier like?
The beading on the back reminds me of an early Maxwell.

Where oh where would you find parts for one of those. When looking for T parts You usually find them because Ford made so many T's. Anything else I wouldnt know for sure.
