I'm thinking that it is a 1914. I base that on the windshield. If you look closely at the drivers side the support rod is visible (bowed out so windshield folds back). Also the dividing strip attached to the upper frame has a drip rail (not just a glass retaining strip as in 1913). Thus the top folds back therefore 1914. Great sharp picture--thanks Jay!
