What year are you working on? I've never seen that part before. Shows for 21 to 27 in the 28 parts book. Mine is an Aug. 21 which was a mostly original barn find.

By the way, Ford called it T-2124 and shows only one being used between the #1-3 terminals. I think it was used on 1923-27 but helps with any year if you're not driving a point car.

T-5033B is what it shows in the 28 parts book. Guess most all were left off, I don't recall seeing one on any car before. I like it.

Could the part number confusion be caused by the Parts Book using a catalog number, where part numbers are sort of grouped by where they are on the car, and the Factory number which is the actual Ford drawing number for the part or assembly?

Check the Parts Book for the number in the "Fac No" column.

Thanks for all the pictures and a special thanks to Ron Patterson for the help he gives us.I was trying to figure out how to put two wires through the center hole but i see that only the far wire goes in the hole.

Did you make or buy the piece? I checked three catalogs and don't see one listed.

There was one on the original Ford timer wiring (w/ Ford timer & Ford timer roller) of a very low mileage 23 touring a friend of mine restored about ten years ago. It was made of something very similar to brown gasket paper.
