Anybody got any Hershey pictures to share? I like to and I'm sure others would like to see what was on offer this year. I particularly like to see the restored cars on display and other complete cars for sale. Someone on another thread mentioned a nice Centredoor???
Thanks in advance. Warwick.
Fritz Hady said he was going to post some next week when he returns. Most of the folks I saw were too busy trying to find parts before the rain comes (it just got here)
I posted some pictures of Hershey Here

I've been taking some, but haven't had time to post them. I was so pooped from walking yesterday that I crashed a little after eight. Don't know about today; rainy forecast.
Can someone post the dates and full seclude for next year. Thanks J

Thanks Daryle Becker for the great pictures. I sure hope to go to Hershey one of these years---on my bucket list--guess I had better hurry as the years are slipping by.
By the way can you rent golf carts to get around in? Thanks again, Joe
Thanks for the pictures
Joe, here's info from the Hershey AACA FAQ: http://www.hersheyaaca.org/fm_faqs.html
"Q: How do I arrange to rent a handicapped cart?
A: Electric mobility units are available for rent to those with a handicapped tag issued by the state in which you reside. Scooter Bug, Inc. has been contracted this year to provide the handicapped carts. To pre-register for a handicapped cart or more additional information contact them directly:

I have pictures, but this stupid Windows machine won't download them because "the parameter is not correct", whatever that means. I see a traveling Mac in my future.
Great pics Daryl.... who had the Model A engines on display/sale ??
BOB, that was Schwalms from Strasburg, Pa, was an awesome display of very High quality stuff, I even had to take a picture of the model A engine he had there with the alternator hidden behind it, to keep the battery charged. LOL Very Nice stuff indeed
Sounds Like the rain hasn't slowed down, Definitely glad to make the first 2 days count !!
Daryl: Schwalm's rebuilt my '26 T engine.... Ora Landis runs a first quality shop, friendly employees that really know their "stuff" !!
BOB , Just from my first experience with them , I can DEFINATELY tell TOP Quality !! nice people for sure
Bob, I had Hershey pictures put up on ford barn site and they banned and deleted them LMAO Now I know why so many don't waste there time on that Nazi style controlled by a few site, a shame though really , some nice people there also , The old a few rotten apples spoil a good thing
I just walked in the door, saw the rainy th./fri. forcast, and glad I left th. early a.m. Lots of vacant vendor spots and even less buyers....our poor economy. So bad,I was served at Lang's w/out a wait! I keep looking for younger folks for this hobby, but there just not out there
Mike, I as a younger folk in this hobby would have loved to go to Hershey and could have gone, all I had to say was say "yes lets go." The problem is that having just graduated from college and started my job, I didn't have enough vacation days built up yet, also we get 12 days off each year. This means that I would be spending 1/3 of my vacation on this trip. I also go to Chickasha which is 4 days. Doesn't really leave a whole lot of time for things like Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, and whatever else would come up. I'm not complaining, just stating some reasons why young people aren't at events like these. Then for some, there is the whole fuel and hotel expense which would for me being from Iowa, easily be at least $1000, and that is staying in some questionable places. So after all of that, most young people don't have the money to do what people go to Hershey to do, buy old car parts.
And...I'm off my soapbox
Thanks Daryl for the great pictures. Just what I wanted to see. They gave a real feel for the kind of stuff available at the swap.
Was Nice to see, meet and chat with some father /son combo's walking around Hershey.
I Definitely reminded them to cherish each trip.
