As near as I have been able to figure through the years, there must be a billboard in Berthoud that reads, "Your Image Here." Dave keeps posting pictures of it.... :-)

Perhaps Dave likes to leave the image to ones' own imagination

I always thought it was supposed to be a mirror (perhaps to shave by) but never could get any reflection. Maybe if Dave wipes it clean? :-)

If my tech savy daughter still lived in Boulder I would have her help Dave with his computer problems.

Dave,

Recommend you start with a photo you know will post. Such as the one I borrowed from your profile below:

You should be able to put your mouse pointer over that photo, right click the mouse and then save the photo.

Put the "we know it should post photo" somewhere you can easily find it. Lots of folks would put it on the desk top -- but anywhere you can find it later will work.

Next go to the bottom of a thread or start a new thread and type in your user name and password.

Then click on the "Upload Attachment" button. It brings up another window titled "Add Image or Attachment".

Click on the "Browse" button and find the file you just saved. We know it is one of the file formats that the system accepts -- in this case Jpeg and that it is small enough (less that 190kb and close to 60kb if I remember correctly).

Once you find the file name you want -- double click on that file name. It should add the path for finding that file in the window that is to the left of the "Browse" button.

Then click the "Upload" button. Then click "Close."

Then type anything you want to type to explain the photo or just "testing again" etc.

Then click "Preview/Post Message." And then click "Post this Message" and it should work.

Give it a try and let us know how that works. If that works but your other photos will not post they may be too large (the error message will say "one or more of your files exceeds 200kb or something similar.) If they are too large make them smaller see:

This one sounds easy: http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/179374/239351.html

Some additional choices:

Also shoot for 190kb or less even though it says 200kb or less.

Respectfully submitted,
