It looks like California Horseless Carriage plate # 412... the old white with red letter version used from 1956-1962. I checked the HCCA Roster & there are only two 1912 Wintons listed in California. One belongs to Phil Reed... I'll ask him the next time I see him if it's the same car. He has owned that car my whole life... could be the same one :-)
