It would be OT, except for the calliope and stationary T engine at the end..
That Calliope looked familiar.

Over thirty years ago I was at that show and saw a Pierce touring car. Nobody was with the car, but there was a stack of flyers for a Pierce Arrow Society silent movie night in San Diego the following week. I went with a friend, and we enjoyed looking at all the Pierces lined up by the theater, and we enjoyed the movies and the big theater organ. One of the films was with Buster Keaton "working" in a garage. Buster was moving a Model T engine and transmission on one of those chain hoists that rolls on an overhead track. Of course it got away from him and smashed into a big Pierce, and every time he tried to pull it away it slipped away and smashed into the Pierce again. He customized that car pretty severely, and my friend commented that this might be the best movie to show to a gathering of Pierce owners.
