All Western Washington T'ers are invited to the annual Frostbite Tour. This is a tour that I co-host where we try to get to the top of Hurricane Ridge in the Olympic National Forest in old cars in November.
The tour starts with a pancake and sausage breakfast served up in my workshop. We then drive to Port Angles (about 65 miles) to another members house on a private airstrip to see his airplane and old cars. From there we go the the Hurricane Ridge Visitors Center and then we make our assault on the mountain. We go from sea level to 5240 feet in about 17 miles of very not straight road. It is a great drive.
After we come off of the mountain we have lunch in Port Angeles and then return home.
Send me a PM if you would like to come along.
