Hi,
I am looking for an original 1927 touring so that I can see what the interior looks like. The 15 millionth car has no buttons, just pleats. The 26's I have seen all have buttons. Did Ford remove the buttons in 1927? I would appreciate any photos of an original interior. I am in the process of re-restoring my 27. I care about the details and want the car correct when done. The car has gotten tired and deserves a face lift. Thank you all for your help!

Yes, the buttons were gone late in the '27 model year, if your later serial number Ford was equipped with the vaporizer carb, then likey the open car upholstery was buttonless!

Pics from 15millionth T.

Here is a barn car, '27 touring that was at Hershey a year or so ago,, with original upholstery, no buttons.
