Not sure about that body - the description refers to a collapsible rear compartment (I think we've all had a collapsible T at some time LOL) with an elk hide covering. I can't see any landau irons or sign of a folding rear - lets see if the towncar experts can tell us if it's real or homemade.

The motor number C456,xxx indicates december 1923 - would agree with what we can see of the chassis.
Looks like a homemade body on a 1924 chassis? Could be a fun project if priced right..
