My T is a 1924 tudor sed , I am in need of the window regulator nut that the threaded rod from the gear box screws into. the threads are striped in it. anyone remake this part or have a spare for sale ? thanks. Ken
Snyders, the same nut is used in the seat adjuster for a Model A, i bought two of them for my 24 Fordor, they are aluminum.
thanks for the help guys! I just ordered two of them, Ken
Is this the part you are looking for like the one shown, the long acne threaded rod? I had thought of making these also when making up the gear boxes that needed to be replaced but thought there wasn't a big call for these rods just something to replace the pot metal gear boxes. I would have done them in steel rod like as done with the original ones this over ones now done in aluminum. The roller in the bottom of the picture was also looked at but I think someone else was already making them. If you don't find one PM me. Bob
Sorry, I guess I need read a little better you are looking for the nut not the rod. Still can do if you can't find one. Bob
Hi Bob! I got two of the rod nuts from one of the vendors. thanks for the interest in helping me, Ken
