No, it is not a wide track although the angle makes it appear wider than normal to me. Below are some photos of wide track vs normal track. The wide track axle is a total of 4 inches wider. That is 2 inches more distance from the spring perch to the spindle. I use the U-bolts that hold the front spring and motor mount as a guide. Please see below:







The lines on all the photos are the distance between the U-bolts holding the engine & front spring.
