Hey guys I need some help I have a kingston L4 carb from 1926 that broke just before the holes to mount the manifold can I TIG weld this back up or is it junk. thanks

Good L4's (and I think they're excellent carbs) can be had relatively cheap. Several on ebay now less than $50. One real pretty brass one (I didn't know they were made in brass!)

King L4 King L4C

The early Kingston model L4 carburetor. This model was all new but of the same basic design of the L2. Early versions (left) had a bronze body but the bulk of production was cast iron (right). This L-4 was used on 1920 to 1921 Fords. The L-4 was also used on 1926 Fords with the needle valve shaft changed to a swivel joint.
