My 1922 coupe sat in the garage most of the Summer.
I was surprised when I looked at the rear stop lite. Mud daubers had used it for a nesting place. I have driven it a little without washing the car, the nest is still there. See photos

What kind of wheels are those. I don't remember seeing any like that before.

Are they "Disteel" wheels?

Yes, those are "Disteel".
The wheels on the car when I got it were in bad shape. An aftermarket photo showing what I think is correct company that made the body showed a car with 3 lug wheels that looked like Disteel. I had some, so they went on the car. That is a 1922 T running gear under that body.

I thought that was an unusual place for "Mud Dauber" nest

Willie,
Do you have a better picture of those accessory Victor drum headlamps? I admired your Coupe Deluxe when it was at the big "T Party" in Indiana in 2008.

How much are you charging those mud dobbers for the ride?

Jim Rodell, sorry it took so long to post those headlight pictures. (had to take them today) I could not find any identification anywhere on the outside of the lights. The lens does have "Ford" near the top of the lens. Hope this helps

Hey I'd leave it on there, I found 2 big ones under my 15 we are using it to re-dust the car after my linseed oil treatment to the body, we got them crushed them up and put the dust in a piece of burlap sack and patted it all over the car looks great!
