For those of us with less skill who want to exercise, might I suggest that you take two potato sacks, one in each hand. Now simultaneously lift the sacks until your arms are outstretched and parallel to the floor. Lower the sacks and repeat the exercise three times. On the second day, put one potato in each sack.
