This book was published in 1968. I have heard of it, but this is the first one I have acquired. Does anyone know of the book or author?

Darel:
The book is copyright 1968.
Gordon Stromberg was originally from Minnesota and spent his career as parts manager in Ford dealerships. See below.
I have an autographed copy of the book as well as a handwritten personal letter from the author dated May 1970 to the previous owner of my 1917 roadster. The owner of my roadster had included a letter when she ordered the book from the author. My car was originally from Cokato, MN and Stromberg mentions in the letter that his maternal grandfather homesteaded what is now the Cokato golf course.

I should have read your post more carefully. I overlooked that you already had a copy of the book in your possession.
I have a copy that Mom got for my Grandpa back in 1968. I have read it many times. Has some neat stories and cartoon illustrations in it.
